These classes are about 75 minutes long each and will have time for questions. The cost of these classes is $200 each or $500 for all three.

 

Depression

When someone feels that life is very bleak and things they used to enjoy doing are not enjoyable anymore that could be signs of Depression.  This class includes information about the brain and depression, symptoms, and what we as Christians can do about our own depression and how to support a loved one.  A list of helpful scriptures will be included.

                                   

Anxiety

​When someone feels “on edge,” has trouble relaxing or even slowing down, that could be a sign of Anxiety.  For some people, Anxiety is all day every day.  This class will include information about the brain and anxiety, symptoms, and how we as Christians can support a friend or deal with our own anxiety.  It will also include scriptures that help with anxiety.          

 

Other Mental Illnesses

​This third class will define some other mental illnesses such as Bipolar, Schizophrenia, and PTSD. We will also have more time for questions about any of the classes
